    Please add a spot in the client portal that requires client's to upload a photo of insurance (front and back). It's good practice to have a copy in case I need to call or if client gets ID number jumbled.
    Also, have the authorize payment to provider option automatically yes unless otherwise marked. Clients don't seem to know to check that to yes.

    I have all my own forms for my clients already made into word documents and PDFs. Allow me to upload these into TheraNest and use them as dynamic forms so I can add a signature and initials spots and I don't have to completely recreate them.
