    It would be good to know if Theranest is going to address this problem. It has be 10 YEARS since this request has been posted and nothing has happened.

    If it is not a priority, then it would be helpful and respectful to let your users know so we can make decisions about which EHR is the best fit for those of us who see couples and families.

    This feature has been requested for several years by now and no progress has been made, especially when other EHR systems allow clients to upload images of their insurance cards. This is a necessary feature in this time of tele-health and HIPAA compliance.

    A way for the client to upload a copy or photo of their insurance card to their portal/document tab with the intake forms.
