TELEHEALTH SUBSCRIPTION:
We have a practice of 11 therapists and only 1 of them sees groups. I would love to be able to subscribe to group telehealth by provider. It's very expensive to subscribe 11 people when I only need 1. But, I am happy to pay for individual telehealth for all providers. Thank you.Jennifer White

Yes, please. This is an issue. I see another request for this that could be merged with this one. The other one has 47 votes.
"Subscribe therapists to either individual or group telehealth"
I'll go one step further and suggest that 2 people should be allowed under the "Individual" subscription. I would not consider a couple to be a group.

Add the Appointment Status "Clinician Cancel" as we like to track statistics related to this in addition to Client Cancellation.

Make all Client notifications customizeable from the Organization level. The Callback Number should not be a required field (as it is in some communications). We don't have a receptionist or main line. Each therapist manages their own schedule and takes direct calls from clients.

Allow for organizations to add supervisor signature required to Case forms (or any forms they choose) v. just Progress Notes or just hard-coded TheraNest forms such as Initial Assessment & Diagnostic Codes and Treatment Plan.

CLIENT PORTAL: Allow clients to upload documents (photos / PDFs) to the portal. Particularly, it would be great if clients can upload a jpeg of their insurance cards.

Allow the ability to color-code backgrounds for appointments that aren't related to seeing a client to differentiate those that are related to seeing a client.

When looking at my clients, allow the option to filter on one and only one therapist assigned to a client. I am a supervisor of 2 supervisees and if I filter on myself, I still see the records of clients assigned directly to my supervisees.

While almost all notifications can be enabled/disabled in profile preferences, notifications to supervisors and supervisees noting that the other has signed a note (or diagnosis or treatment plan) are not customizeable. Receiving both an alert and an email for each instance is overwhelming. Would love to see this customizeable.
