This feature should 100% be added! It's like pulling teeth to get client IDs & insurance cards prior to the scheduled appointments ever since we started using the client portal! They can't seem to understand that we need them to fill out the paperwork in the portal but then email the copies of their cards separately. It would make life much easier if they could just do it all from the portal!

It would be super helpful to be able to hover over a scheduled clients name and have a little box with a quick view of information pop up - specifically listing their insurance coverage and client balance. It would be really nice to not have to navigate away from the calendar/appointments page every time a client checks in just to see that information. A simple hover pop up would be wonderfully useful!

Seeing the client's balance on the appointment block is so important - it needs to be accessed basically at a glance just like the copay because we are not opening up every client's demographics when they come in for an appointment.
