An error occurred while saving the comment Rhonda Kelloway commentedHere's a real life example of Kathleen Bready's 9/16/2020 concern. Today, because of a chargeback, I have to send the client's "shared forms" intake documents (that is ALL of her intake documents - including the ones that have super personal information like what medications she takes) ostensibly to the client's BANK because each form does not have its own client signature. Because you only have ONE signature at the end of multiple documents, I can't break apart the document and only send the pertinent forms (informed consent and credit card consent forms). Developer/coder, imagine if this was YOU - would you want your bank - or anyone besides your therapist - knowing what medications you take, the psychological problem you're experiencing, your history, etc.? TheraNest, this fix needs to be prioritized!

An error occurred while saving the comment Rhonda Kelloway commentedMake the report listing customizable. I'd like to add client email address so I can pull this for our newsletter list. I see others want specific things on the list, as well - the therapist, etc. If you make this report customizable, it would be very helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rhonda Kelloway commentedA client balances report should be able to be run and PRINTED/SAVED and be one of the options under REPORTS rather than (or in addition to) CLIENTS. Currently I have to take screenshots and send emails to my staff therapists.
Yes, my therapists and I can see what the client balance due (or credit) is when we look at Theranest. But that's dynamic - here and gone. What I wanted to do was to generate a report (to save as a PDF) that lists:
client name
client email
client phone number
authorized card on file
last payment date and amount
client balance
I could then send the report to the therapist with the instruction that they take care of collecting these balances ASAP. On the report they have at their fingertips everything they need, especially if they need to call the client. They can place the call and pull up the client's ledger at the same time - efficiently.I have 20 therapists on staff, so these reports can be my 1-page documents that show outstanding balances for each THERAPIST. The therapist and I can then work off of the same 1-page document to see where they are rather than scrolling through pages. It essentially will be a to-do list for both the therapist and myself.

Both our billing company and our practice requires a written authorization on file for use of a client's credit card. That authorization is included in the intake documents. However, a client just added a new credit card through the Client Portal and requested verbally that we use it going forward. The new credit card downloaded into TheraNest; however, we don't have a written authorization for use of this new card. The client is confused as for her, authorization is implied since she entered the card. "Implied" doesn't help us or our biller. An authorization needs to be automatically completed in the Client Portal when a client adds a new credit card, and it needs to be automatically downloaded into General Documents in addition to the card being downloaded into the Bill to & Insurance page. Thank you.
