I agree on this, I almost scheduled someone on Thanksgiving...

Having federal holiday's added as an all day event automatically.

It would be really nice just to have bank holidays on the calendar; I think the best way would just to add an extra row to the top, like when someone takes a full day off and it only shows it blocked off at the top under the date. It would be nice to have a row for holidays. When Im scheduling 2 weeks ahead or more, I don't always realize that that day would be MLK, Labor Day or Memorial Day.

It would be nice if you could pre-set in Holidays on the calendar that would be company wide without having to add them to every calendar or making a group appointment and adding each employee.

Pretty annoying that major holidays like MLK, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. aren't automatically in the calendar. I've never had to schedule Christmas in any calendar...please fix this

Please add a feature that applies to entire days off/ closed for therapists as well as the agency. Having to block lunch and off days by setting an appointment is becoming quite annoying. There are so many things that are not user friendly with this EMR that I am considering going to another software.

Yes Please~ and a way to block the whole day for one or some or all of the therapists of a practice... without creating an "appointment" that shows up on the agenda.

It would be nice to be able to add a "day off" to all calendars simultaneously by marking a particular day as a holiday observed by the practice. Individual therapists could override that if they wanted to work on those days.

I would like to be able to add national holidays on the calender so I do not book appointment on these days.

I have scheduled and rescheduled so many time bc I didn't realize that these days were holidays. My patients are typically the ones reminding me after we make the appt. A warning pop up when an attempt to schedule an appt or at least adding it to the calendar would be great, thanks!

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE CALENDERS HAD MOST MAJOR HOLIDAYS MARKED. WHEN CLIENTS SCHEDULE REOCCURRING APPOINTMENTS, THEY SOMETIMES GET SCHEDULED ON HOLIDAYS.
