Can you create an administrative option to disable the virtual background for client? Best practices requires providers to verify client location and privacy and this is difficult to do with the background. The new feature has also been confusion for some clients who aren't tech savvy.

Agreed. Check boxes for "Good", "Fair", and "Poor" or similar descriptors would be helpful.

Expand the treatment progress field in standard note to include check boxes to further distinguish progress (ex: Good, Fair, Poor)

Agreed! Linking POS with service codes would be a huge timesaver and cut back on submission errors.

Please do not retroactively apply location changes. When updating the primary address of the practice it should not change past appointments. Alternatively it would be helpful to be able to archive the primary address and create a new one. This is not at all workable for practice moves.

Agreed this would be helpful. It is helpful to be able to update a closed case date but it would improve functionality greatly if the date defaulted to the original close date.

It would be helpful to be able to choose which address is including on intake forms. Currently it seems to default to your organizational location or I see you can remove the address. Can there be an added feature where you can also choose the have the payment address printed on intake forms?

This is definitely something that is needed. Client's with a lengthy treatment history are having to sift through pages of old appointments to find their current link. It might also help to add a 5 minute "grace" period before the link is switched to the kept folder. Many people are naturally running a bit late or having to address technically issues while logging on.
