Allow me to run a report that will show all clients that have missing, expiring, and/or unsigned treatment plans.

Practice administrators should have access to a report indicating treatment plans that are overdue for all staff members

Treatment plans, notes, unbilled invoices, all the missing items would be great! Expiring consent forms would be fantastic!

Why does this not already exist??

This would be incredibly helpful. We are running into difficulty keeping track of this especially with our clients who are minors and have to have them signed by a parent who is not always accompanying them to session. If you could get this done for us it would be amazing! Thank you!

I see that there is a feature where managers can run a report of missing progress notes. Can you please create a way for us to run reports for missing treatment plans and initial assessments? This would make it much easier to track for missing documentation and ensuring quality assurance.
Thank you!

Insurance companies require treatment plans so a report to track the initial treatment plan and date of the last treatment plan is needed. When you have several staff this is very difficult to track manually. Please implement ASAP.

Develop a report that can track the initial date a treatment plan was created and be able to filter by provider to see who has treatment plans that have not been updated in 6 months, etc.

Create a report to collect "missing treatment plans" for the practice by provider similar to missing progress notes reports

This is a no-brainer. We NEED this immediately.

Create treatment plan report that shows missing treatment plans, unsigned treatment plans, and clients that need an updated treatment plan.

I see this has been a request since 2016, so I am wondering if TheraNest actually reviews this feedback. Having a report regarding unsigned treatment plans is imperative for insurance compliance and risk management. It is a huge liability not to have this type of report in an EHR. Could someone from TheraNest please address the movement on this issue. Thank you.

Running a report by treatment plan date will allow clinician to plan ahead to confirm that clients keep their appointments to meet the timeline.

Signed and unsigned Progress Notes by a Supervisor are easy to track, but Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans are not. For progress notes, there are two reports - Missing Progress Notes and Progress Notes Signature Report.
Can you please create reports for Missing Initial Assessment Notes and Missing Treatment Plans? Also, please create reports for Initial Assessment Notes Signature Report and Treatment Plans Signature Report? In December, it became required by Theranest for Supervisors to sign all Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans to move forward in the process and have the Associate Counselor then be able to sign. This is important for insurance purposes and Associate Counselors need to be signing them in a timely manner.
Right now, Associates can't check in bulk which Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans still need to be signed by Supervisors after initially sending them. You have to look up clients one at a time. If a Supervisor clears their alerts after signing Progress Notes, there is no way to find unsigned Initial Assessments and Treatment Plans. Therefore, the Associate is unable to sign either one until they are sent back to them signed by a Supervisor. It would also be helpful to have an icon at the top (like Progress Notes) that need to be signed for Initial Assessment Notes and Treatment Plans for Supervisors. This is a major issue for Supervisors, Associate Counselors and insurance paperwork!
