An error occurred while saving the comment Amy Reamer commentedThe current system allows me to message everyone in the group or one client. Allow messaging via assigned staff - good for out of the office notifications or emergency notifications for last minute absences etc

We are having clients not fill out things like address, insurance, date of birth etc - and often this isn't caught until we try to submit a claim and find missing information. Anything required to bill insurance should be required - address, phone #s, date of birth and then if insurance is selected - member id number should be required as well as insured's info. Other insurance fields do not need to be visible to clients as they are just confusing and likely turn clients away from filling out their insurance.

Supervisees can not view the payroll report - this causes me to have to save the report and send it to each one. My licensed clinicians not under supervision can access their own payroll report (and others unfortunately) - we need a simpler way for clinicians to view their clinical payouts while keeping other clinicians info private.
