   Love that you guys added the PHQ and Anxiety scale. I'd love to be able to send the DES as well to all new clients. Can that be included as well?

    I have a link on my website that allows prospective clients to sign up in the Client Portal. I'd like to be notified through email when someone creates a Client Portal account. Currently, I am only notified if someone requests an appointment or completes the intake forms that I send them. Thanks!
