It would be very helpful if there was an easily accessible "E-sign" button available to anyone who hadn't yet signed a document even after the document has been signed by someone else. For example, we require supervisors to sign all progress notes and then have supervisees go in afterwards to sign. Instead of having the orange box with the "click here to sign or co-sign" button, it would be simpler to just have the normal signature button appear if the person hasn't yet signed.

This is the biggest barrier for us to to use the client portal feature - it's great in concept, but without support for relational cases its impractical to use.

Even just a button to update the appointment status to "checked in" would make a big difference. Our clinicians and front desk staff are in different areas, and while calling or having clinicians monitor the lobby works it's not time efficient, particularly when we've got multiple check ins and phone calls going on all at once. Making it a quick click or two for the front desk to issue the notification would really smooth things.

When therapists have permissions set to "Can only view assigned clients", they can't see what rooms other therapists are booked in or using. This can cause issues if there are last minute room changes or if sessions run over. It would be helpful for the appointment entries to be listed as "BUSY" with the room number still listed for those sessions, just like it does for non-session appointments.
