    We pay our staff a flat rate per service vs a percentage. This would be a helpful feature vs having to do this manually. Too often mistakes are made.

    It's not that rudimentary, but does need a little tweaking. I've created several forms that did take me a bit to figure out, but it does the job. I have to say that there are a ton of suggestions here and Theranest does a really great job at working on these requests. I'm fairly certain, this will get worked out as well.

    Hello,
    I am wondering if we can add another box under service date and time. The service date and time indicates the time we intended to spend 4:00pm - 5:00pm as an example. However, if we started session at 3:45 and ended at 5:45 that is a 90 minute session. Once the time stamp is completed, the duration box should automatically add up the time spend in session. Some is helpful because the insurance will pay for the extra time spent (add on codes etc) AND as an administrator, I can see exactly how clinicians are doing with their time management. Also, the time stamp should not be able to be altered manually by typing in the time. This holds clinicians accountable and really helps us with billing. This is a much needed feature, thank you.

    We also need this to generated based on the CLIENT'S SIGNATURE. The entire tx plan could be completed with a clinician signature, but if the client does not sign then it is still considered missing.

    Treatment plans are not valid unless they are signed. We need to ensure all treatment plans are signed by law. Thank you :)

    We need a report that runs missing tx plan and/or missing tx plan PATIENT SIGNATURE report. We have to have our patients sign the tx plan and sometimes the tx plan is not done or not signed by the patient and the supervisor has no way of knowing.

    Hello,
    I am not sure what category this should be under, but I think I'm in the right place.

    Our front desk staff may not have access to the client record, but they still have to document calls. Would you be able to move the contact log tab to the tab section located on the client details page? It's easier too for staff to get to (and less clicking and searching by moving it there). Thank you for looking into this!

    It would be helpful to be able to have the option to archive or hide old practice chats. I don't want to delete them as they should remain part of the EHR. However, so we don't get our messaging confused (if a clinician leaves the practice or there is a group message, etc.) It would be nice to be able to hide them, thanks

    We need to have an alert for when an updated/annual review is needed, like the treatment plan has. Its required by the state of RI and so we can bill out on it as well.

    I have scheduled and rescheduled so many time bc I didn't realize that these days were holidays. My patients are typically the ones reminding me after we make the appt. A warning pop up when an attempt to schedule an appt or at least adding it to the calendar would be great, thanks!

    It would be great to have this as an option on the list of diagnosis and not have it generate into the treatment plan (as we are only looking to rule it out at this point).

    The patients often fill out the intake questions. However, they forget to tab through the top. I actually did not notice it either the first time. If the patient filled this out initially, it would save a ton of time. Is there any way to make the demographic and insurance tabs at the top (all of the tabs actually) apparent to the patient or have a pop up box appear to remind the patient to complete this before the patient logs out?
