Assign supervisor per patient instead of staff member
Allow me to assign a supervisor at the patient level. Our trainees have more than one supervisor and we'd like their notes to be reviewed/approved only by the staff member assigned to that patient.

This is a huge problem in our office when we have 6 interns a year and multiple pre-licensed staff and LPC level staff. This needs to be changed ASAP.

This is needed! when a supervisor accidently signs the wrong client note it causes a lot of extra work of removing signatures and does create privacy issues.

This would be very helpful for the clinician in training! Assuring that the designated supervisor is clearly delineated for each client would be a useful reminder of the chain of supervision and support the process of editing clinical notes as well!!

This idea is tremendous. It would make the supervision function a lot more efficient and not clog up our inboxes. I fully support this change!!

Make it possible to select have just ONE supervisor required to link with each client, rather than ALL supervisors for a particular supervisee.
A problem for our training program is that we have multiple supervisors attached to one supervisee. This results in too many notifications to supervisors. It also leads to inaccurate record-keeping suggesting that each case is supervised by multiple supervisors when that is not the case.
This problem for training programs would be fixed completely if we had the ability to "x/cross out" supervisors so that only ONE supervisor is required for each case, rather than ALL supervisors linked to the supervisee required for each case.

It would be so helpful and adhere better to legal/billing practices if supervisors were linked to individual clients instead of specific interns. Currently, an intern who requires supervisor co-signature cannot remove a supervisor from a case. This is a big problem when interns have more than one supervisor, because then that supervisor is listed on every client, even those who they do not personally supervise.
