    Often minutes after creating a contact log I'll realize I forgot a detail or correct date/time and need to change it quick. Can admin access allow unlocks?

    Statements currently show "charges" and "transactions" but there is not section for "client payments" which could be dramatically lower than charges and transactions because of write offs for discounts and others reasons. Statements are currently VERY misleading without a column for actual monies collected.

    I would like to be able to do this with EAP payments. We need to be able to track and draw reports on our income sources.

    When insurance claim has been submitted, the fully paid invoices will show an blue "In Progress" box with each date of service. Please add this for "superbill sent" after it has been sent to client so it is easily visible.

    For out of network billing at times there may be a discount applies to a standard fee. The client still needs the service submitted to insurance and coded or a superbill BUT the service was discounted. At present, we cannot create to services for the same CPT code which may confuse insurance companies when the form is sent in (it can say charge 200, paid 150 for example but insurances may not realize client will never pay the difference and reimburse the client for more than they will ever pay). This is a BIG problem. Being able to create two services with the same CPT code would solve it or being able to apply a discount to a standard service --which will then adjust on the form).

    It's important to be able to show everyone is being charged the same amount and sometimes a fee is reduced for various reasons. This shows a standard billing amount across all clients and allows an accepted reduced fee to be shown. right now for example, if someone bills out of network and gets a discount on a 90837 (done as write off) the superbill will show the charge/paid amount as the same number. However, if the therapists submits the bill for the client it will charge charged amount as standard and paid amount as lower which is a problem because insurance thinks client is going to pay more towards the bill.

    this would make it easier to see that the session does not need a progress note or invoice when viewing.

    Currently once insurance is marked in active it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.
