Don't include write-offs in client transactions total
It's difficult to identify the actual client payments on statements because write-offs are included in the Client Transactions total. Separate these into different columns, or don't include the write-off amounts in the total because it's difficult for clients and payers to identify what the client actually paid, since they are primarily looking at the total and not the line items.

Statements currently show "charges" and "transactions" but there is not section for "client payments" which could be dramatically lower than charges and transactions because of write offs for discounts and others reasons. Statements are currently VERY misleading without a column for actual monies collected.
