Track sent, pending, accepted client portal invitations
I have sent Therabook invitations to several clients at one time, but then maybe one or two don't always sign in to the portal in a timely manner. A week or two passes, and then I can't remember who I have sent invitations to and who I maybe overlooked. It would be helpful to track how long it's been since the invitation was sent and to be able to send reminder emails for them to log in and complete the forms/intake.

Agreed. It would be helpful to have an area to see the list of clients that have been invited but have not logged in.

As previously pointed out, invitations to client portal are not tracked by the system. How about adding it to the activities list in the organization tab? Instead of 'updated client info' it could say "invited to portal."

Yes yes yes - we should be able to see instantly, on the client portal page, who has been INVITED and who has SIGNED UP. And the software should automatically prevent us from inviting a client more than once, unless we specifically say, PLEASE SEND A FOLLOW UP INVITATION, or something to that effect. Otherwise, we do risk embarrassing ourselves and looking unprofessional, as others have pointed out.
Yes, we can download a spreadsheet showing the history of who's been invited, but that's a cumbersome way to keep track of things!

Automatically receive a notification/email from Theranest when a client has subscribed to the Client Portal. This saves valuable time so that I would not have to repeatedly check to see whether or not I can send them a message.

It would be great if on the organization tab, once you send a new client the client portal invite, that is permanently displayed so that we can verify that was done. Currently it is just a flash notification in the upper right of the screen, which doesn't help us much after the fact.

The message that an invitation has been sent disappears quickly. I've missed it in the past and duplicated the work. I think it looks unprofessional to the new client to resend invites.

Put a box next to the email address that will be checked if the client has been invited to the client portal. It will be unchecked if they haven't been invited.
