    Just so everybody knows, if you add two divorced parents to a child's contact work, each parent can SEE the other parent's forms (including credit card information). This is a major violation, just FYI.

    There should be an option in the check-box component of dynamic forms to allow a clinician to select multiple boxes under a single question/item.

    If we were able to sort client list by diagnosis, we could see who is carrying an adjustment disorder and check to see if they need to be updated.
