This is quite important to add. Extremely tedious to have to delete invoice, change the appointment and recreate invoice. To many chances for errors, having to resend corrected invoices/superbills

Portal --Biling function when accounts are linked does not work properly. If a linked account (eg parents with multiple minor children are in treatment) needs their credit card updated, the update only applies to the PRIMARY account. This means that when the PRACTICE processes payments the updated Credit Card will not process in associated accounts. Only the account owner can process payments for the other family members. In our practice, we process payments. It is very helpful for the family to be able to update credit card information but doesn't held the practice... we still have to call clients to get their credit card information. This really needs to be fixed

We need to be able to view on the client listing if intake forms have been completed. Now you have t open every case to make sure. It's more than knowing that the portal is active; it's needing to know that initial intake forms have been submitted including the date submitted.

You can currently select all or one provider when creating batch superbills-- it would be great to have the ability to select multiple providers.

Please add the ability to run Batch Statements by selected providers or groups of providers.
Batch statements w/ superbill features enabled would be a much better way for our practice to send "superbill" information. I prefer my clinicians to create invoices one appt at a time as it eliminates many errors etc. But if we then send superbills through the batch feature, our clients get many individual Superbills. If Statements were to be updated to allow me to create by provider then I could shift to a statement batch -- my clients would be really happy

I realize you have updated sorting so that we can sort on multiple columns. However, I cannot sort by provider. Our practice has 18 clinicians -- yes I can enter each clincians' name but often I want to look at the list sorted by all of the clinicians.

It would be wonderful to have an icon that denotes that the clients intake forms have been completed -- would make it much easier to track if were readily viewable in the calendar. Or at least add the ability to have the email notification that forms are complete to go to two emails address -- clinician and an administrative user. But icon would be most useful!

Please add place of service codes as field for service types. This way users do not have to manually adjust. This particularly an issue for telehealth when not using theranest telehealth app.
