An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Have a report similar to missing notes that shows what clients are missing a diagnosis and assessment, or that there is an assessment but it isn't signed. As the manager I need to be able to quickly see what we are behind on, without either being assigned to all clients or looking individually through all of them.

An error occurred while saving the comment When running reports like Detailed Attendance it would be extremely helpful to have an option for showing archived clients. This way it accurately shows attendance over large amounts of time, such as all of 2023. We use this report a lot of tracking, but only recently realized it is not as accurate as we thought.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be great to have a filter, similar to to service or the location filter, but for room assignments. This way you could see who is using what room and when, without the other appointments showing.

An error occurred while saving the comment We have 20+ therapists and asking them to cancel the appointment to add in a reason, hit save, then go back and mark it as rescheduled is a lot of extra work when this should be an easy solution!

An error occurred while saving the comment Requiring that appointments have the same room and service type assigned doesn't make sense in all circumstances. Sometimes appointments have to be rescheduled because a room is no longer available, or a client is no longer able to come in person therefore it is being rescheduled to telehealth. It just causes more work to then go back and change these requirements.

An error occurred while saving the comment A report similar to the missing or unsigned note report would be very helpful. That way it could be easily found which plans are missing, need to be updated or that are unsigned.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be helpful if there was way to filter Calendar View by appointment status. This way I could look at multiple staff calendars and see their appointments by status.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice if there was a way to email all active clients (BCC of course), this way if there are any urgent changes or policy changes it would be done quickly and effectively. It would be extra helpful if you could filter it by each provider.

It would be really helpful is the report gave multiple options including, if there is a diagnosis, if the presenting problem is noted, but most importantly if it is signed. Ideally, something closer to the Progress Note Signature report. Additionally, if the date range could be changed to be the calendar date selector similar to the signature report as well.
