    This would be helpful for treatment plan reviews or even to have a separate function to complete a Treatment Plan review where we can enter notes on progress made towards goals and update objectives accordingly. Thanks!

    My country requires that we provide breakdowns of clients seen based on age, sex, diagnosis and location (town/district they live in). The age and sex reports are already there and are very useful, but it would be helpful if we could run additional reports for diagnosis and address.
