Add ability to reschedule telehealth appointments
It would be helpful to be able to Reschedule a Telehealth session if a client asks for a different day or time. At present it seems that you can only cancel or move the appointment but I like to track rescheduling of appointments too.

Allow me to reschedule a telehealth appointment. Most of us are operating virtually to some degree and it is frustrating to not be able to actually generate data on rescheduling because we cannot actually use the feature at all!

allow telehealth appointments to be rescheduled the same as in office appointments.

Provide a way to R/S TMH appts. Because each link is attached to a specific appt, we are unable to R/S. That means we have to Cancel and create a new appt; this affects overall report findings
