Additionally, I have now found out that I cannot change the CPT code for a telehealth session without first unsigning the signed Progress Note attached to the session. This takes us out of compliance for noting requirements that require that we sign the note within a specific amount of time after a session.

CPT codes need to be updated and resent to the insurance agency all the time. We need a streamlined way of resubmitting this. Right now, the process is very cumbersome, requiring that we go into the ledger, put in a placeholder CPT code, go to the appointment to change the actual CPT codes (which confuses the system and makes Apex think that it is a whole different session), then go through the whole submission process again because of the aforementioned confusion with Apex. I also have to delete the previous claim from my records because it won't let me resubmit the previous claim, I have to make a new one.

A progress note is normally necessary after a group note is entered, so improving the flow so that the progress notes for patients is easier to get to once a group note has been saved would be very beneficial.

If we were to have a field where we could set the treatment plan review reminders for specific date ranges after the initial session date, that would be rather handy. For example, we could tell it that reviews need to be done at 30, 90, 120, and 270 days after initial session. Then it would remind us at that time to make sure we have it done by our required timeframes.

I agree! The patient portal is great, but when they are in the office, I would like to be able to pull up an app where they can only access their account and update/sign anything that needs to be taken care of.

You are currently able to do this. You can just create an appointment and write in what you want to block off time for, without selecting any service type. You can even create recurring appointments for things like lunch (I know I did!)

This would also be helpful when trying to supervise sessions for interns. I'm not a fan of having to create a "fake client account" for myself and then having to create groups for every client of my interns so I can sit in on sessions.
