Expand client's video in a telehealth session
Right now if you click full screen, the client is a small box in the middle rather than the whole monitor such as in any of the other video conferencing platforms. This would actually be the difference maker in me being able to offer more EMDR sessions.

With our new telehealth solution, the client's video can be enlarged so you can view more of your client on the screen. Click here to view a video walkthrough of the new solution.

Allow me to zoom in on clients during telehealth sessions.

I would appreciate if the client's video was larger or if you had the option to expand. With multiple participants it would be great to be able to expand upon one video as well.

I just subscribed to using your Telehealth platform for my session and have conducted about 5 by now. I was using Zoom, and the feature I miss the most is the ability to expend the screen so I amthe client’s face takes up the full screen. As is the expand feature results in the box where the client’s face appears is still less than half the size of the screen, and I find myself leaning in to see them better. Perhaps it is also not as high quality of video...not sure, I just know I seem to be struggling to really see my clients. This is on my 14 inch laptop.

Allow client image to actually fill out the whole screen, not just a box in the middle. Even with the telehealth window maximized, the client's image is just in the middle.
(E.g. in Zoom, full screen is really full screen, no black bars around the sides, etc) -

This would be an awesome customization option to have, especially when we are screensharing -- some of the bottom portion gets completely blocked by the menu bar for the recipient of the screenshare.

Unlike other services I have used, the picture on TheraNest's telehealth service is very small due to the borders. I understand this means it requires less bandwidth, but the borders are really distracting and the picture too small.

Please have an option to eliminate the giant blue bars on Telehealth calls. My monitor is only 13 inches, so when in a group call everyone's video becomes about 2 inches. I would like to be able to make the video fill the entire screen so I can fully see my clients, especially in a group call.

This is for Telehealth.
My clients complain about the bar at the bottom. One suggested it be moved to the side because it cuts off the lower part of the screen and sometimes face. They also complain of not being able to find the join button.

I would like to be able to make my telehealth screen bigger so that I can see the client better. I would also like the option to make my own screen (self) smaller so that I cannot see myself/can barely see myself. It is distracting to have to view my own image while doing therapy. Thanks!

Although one can take the video to full screen, the borders do exist and the video does not size up into the full screen. It would be great to have the ability to adjust the video to occupy more of the screen, enabling greater accessibility to folks who need larger pictures of the therapist and clients. I may cancel the telehealth function if this adjustment is not made.

I agree! My clients frequently complain that the banner is in the way for psychotherapy too!

Yes, give us more screen by minimizing both banners or placing them as drop down boxes in the corner.

When I share my screen during a speech/language therapy session please allow the pop up banner on the clients side (allowing them to end call etc) to be minimized or moved. It blocks what I am trying to share and is impacting my therapy sessions. I have attached a screen shot so you can see what I am referring to.

would be nice to be able to see the clt file while in video session. but video is in the way. Popping it out would be helpful. Full screen mode will be nice with adequate resolution (doesn't need to be high def).

Please add a button to hide banner of controls at bottom of screen and options for split screen/ full screen views of participants and screen share. The banner is in the way frequently for clients participating in speech therapy.

It would be great to make the video completely full screen. This is important so the patient's eyes are closer to the top of our computer screens- that way they feel we are making eye contact (since computer cameras are at the top of computer screens)
