    Send my staff members an alert if I assign them to a prospective client so they know to follow up with the client.

    The ability to run a report that shows active clients that have not been seen in a certain timeframe (e.g., 90 days) so clinicians know when they need to follow up and/or discharge those that stop coming.

    Allow me to bulk edit other appointment details rather than just the location. I may need to edit more than one appointment for a client and change a different detail about the appointment.

    I want certain intake forms to be sent automatically to the client at specific times during treatment. For example, I may have a form I want them to complete after every session and another form every month. It would be easier if this was automated, so I don't have to do it manually for each client.

    As a supervisee, when I get an alert that my supervisor has signed a case note, include the client name in the alert so when I go back to my alerts I know which one I've already viewed.

    When creating new statements or processing existing statements under batch statements, allow me to select multiple staff members to create invoices for. Right now I can only select one or all.

    Allow me to indicate that a client has the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment benefit as part of their health plan and populate the appropriate box on the claim form.

    If I send a client the link to login to the portal, it allows them to also sign up and create an account which causes duplicate accounts in our system. Don't allow account creation through the login link, allow account creation through the new invitation link.
