    Please add more features/ modifiers to diagnoses, so that we can specify when diagnoses are Rule-Outs, and we can see when a diagnosis was ruled-in, added, etc.

    Please remove retroactive application of new diagnoses to older progress notes (a "date added" notation would also be helpful). This is extremely important, both clinically, and so that our notes and diagnoses are accurate and comply with requirements.

    Allow session type/ procedure code to be changed in notes. For example, an individual psychotherapy session that was scheduled in calendar might end up being a crisis session or a family session. There's no way to change this without creating a new session.

    PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE! I agree with all the comments - it is much too cumbersome to access progress notes! Other platforms have this, and it's really frustrating to have to click through so many tabs for this!
