    Yes! Theranest needs to implement MFA immediately and allow administrators to enforce password expirations and more stringent requirements. Without this feature we are left open to attacks.

    We only have child clients. would like a way to add parents information; name; phone; email; address to client details page and have this autopopulate from intake forms sent through portal. I'd also like a box that can be checked if parents are married or separated, and maybe a check box stating something like 'ID verified'.

    I would like client ID's to be added automatically. We are getting claims rejected because no there's no client ID. Seems like Theranest should just have these entered automatically and the user could deselect if not needed.

  8. uniform 'billable rate' on all invoices and then show our 'written off' amount.
