  4. Assign "view only" permissions staff members

    Hi-- we have been using your system for about two months now at our Intensive Outpatient Program and are overall very happy. We have about 25 providers who we would like to give limited access to the site. So that notes can be done and accessed by all. However, we are concerned about providers accidentally deleting/changing items on calendar. That would be a disaster for our program. It would be incredible if there was a way to have the view only option for calendar and client information pages so that there would be more control for the support staff and…

    Add customizable macros shortcuts to assist in note writing like the Mental Status Exam selections. IE - Supportive Counseling, EMDR, CBT, Active Listening, etc.

  9. Turn off notification options for supervisee/supervisor review

    It is annoying to receive many notifications that my supervisees have completed a case note. I would like to be able to turn the notifications off.

  10. Move the location of the Get Help button

    The Get Help button is in an inconvenient spot. I suggest it be moved to the left side or middle bottom of the screen so that it does not cover up the Enter Notes or signature buttons. I keep hitting it by mistake.

  16. Organize dynamic forms & intake forms into folders

    Allow me to create folders to organize my dynamic forms and intake forms so I can keep similar forms together (e.g., mental health counseling, infertility counseling, etc.) and easily select the forms out of a specific folder to send to new clients without having to hunt through a long list.

  18. Edit CMS 1500 form

    Allow me to edit and save changes to the CSM 1500 claim forms. Some payers require certain options to be highlighted on the form in order for it to be processed. The only way to do this is to manually edit the claim after it's been denied and resubmit.
