Search progress notes by keywords
Allow me to search progress notes by keyword so that if I'm looking for a note where I know we did something specific during that session I can find it easier.

It would be wonderful if we could search specific client case notes for key words, such as when searching a document for a particular word (e.g., "substance use," "abuse report," "denied suicidal ideation," "coping skills list," etc.).

If anyone is looking for a way to do this while Theranest (hopefully) figures it out- I do this by creating the progress notes report as though I am going to print it (which creates a PDF of them all) and using the search bar to type in whatever keyword I'm looking for. It's too many unnecessary steps in the grand scheme of things but it's a workaround that isn't too tedious overall.

It would be useful if we could *search* Progress Notes (or ALL notes that are part of a client's case). I up-voted another user's suggestion, but I've been told by customer service to submit my own suggestion as well, so here it is.
Thank you! -

I strongly agree. Please add a "Search" option in Progress Notes so we can search for content in a client's note's history!

I wish there was a way to search for words or phrases in a client's note history.
