Organize dynamic forms & intake forms into folders
Allow me to create folders to organize my dynamic forms and intake forms so I can keep similar forms together (e.g., mental health counseling, infertility counseling, etc.) and easily select the forms out of a specific folder to send to new clients without having to hunt through a long list.

To allow for the function of different clinicians to have different Available Forms when sending intake forms.

We do psychology, testing, and OT in our office and each has their own HIPAA and informed consent forms, so they must be signed before a client can come in. We do not send default forms because then the clients would get two packets 100% of the time as I could never have all the forms checked. Having this be a 2 step process is just miserable. We definitely need a feature where we can queue the forms up so they send when they accept the portal invite!

Intake forms should have the ability to have dependencies we can select on the backend. For example, I want to have separate and specific intake forms for insurance clients and different ones for cash pay program clients. I would like to ask the client in one form if they intend on using insurance (Yes or No) and that next form that pops up for them is determined based on the answer given for that question.

All the order of the Intake Forms to be changes. Right now these are not able to be changed unless they are marked "yes" to Default. This is helpful as most of our forms are non-default, since they depend on the type of client and service being provided.

Is there a way to organize the intake forms into folders assigned to specific clients. For example, I would like a folder for mental health counseling clients and another for infertility counseling clients. They receive different intake forms depending on what program they are enrolled in, so being able to place the forms in a folder will make it easier to send the appropriate forms to the client through the portal.

I support a practice that supports mental health, physical therapy, and occupational therapy and the default progress note is for mental health. Is there a way to change the default so that it picks the right form based on the client and service type or client and clinician - some relationship that allows an occupational therapy patient to get the right form by default.

I would like to be able to organize my forms in whatever category I desire, groups, files/folders, alphabetical order within my account under forms. Basically the ability to create an internal agency template library.
