  1. Have "group all appointments onto single claim" checked by default

    When creating invoices, have the "group all appointments onto a single claim" checked by default so I don't have to check it every time.

  2. Notify me of outstanding balances

    Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.

  3. Label copays on invoices and statements

    If a client pays a copay, have that payment be listed as a "copay" on the invoice and statement.

  4. Change treatment plan button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan"

    Once a Tx plan has been there, using the "Create Treatment Plan" button automatically makes a copy of the most recent treatment plan.  Change the button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan" so it's more accurate.

  6. Auto-populate service location to note and invoice

    Please allow a way for service location to auto populate to match the DOS on the note AND invoice. The current workflow is causing a lot of rejections due to providers not remembering to update the location on notes.

  14. Add additional payer/responsible party

    Allow me to add an additional payer/responsible party to a client that may pay a percentage or a ratio of the client's services. This could be worker's comp or a minor with two parents who are splitting the cost of services.

  16. Sync all staff calendars to Google calendar

    Allow me to sync all my staff's calendars to my Google calendar so I can see all appointments from my Google calendar without having to open TheraNest.

  19. More subscription options

    Have more subscription options between the 50 and 80 users mark. It's a big jump in the number of users and the price and we need something in-between.

  20. Change defaults when applying a payment

    When I apply a payment, change the defaults that appear so that I don't have to change them every time. For example, make the default "insurance" rather than "client" and leave the amount fields blank.
