Change defaults when applying a payment
When I apply a payment, change the defaults that appear so that I don't have to change them every time. For example, make the default "insurance" rather than "client" and leave the amount fields blank.

Please make it so we can choose and set a default payment method that we use regularly for collecting copays/fees - would make things easier and less one step to take when billing.

Instead of "cash" being the default on Type of Payment, use Credit/Debit card as most people pay that way instead of cash.

Please change the default on method of payment to credit card/debit card instead of cash. I don't care if they are in alphabetical order, almost 99% of self-pay clients pay with a credit card and I have to change it every time.

I suggest that there be an option to change the default payment type from cash to credit card, for example. It's too easy to mindlessly post as cash when a cash payment was not collected, intending to have charged the credit card, if there is no existing credit card in the system.
