I often refer clients to other professionals for added services. I would like a designated place for me to add the contact information of these professionals for easy accessibility. This would be a general list not necessarily linked to a particular client.

Rearrange tabs on client page
When navigating to a client, allow me to rearrange the tabs that appear at the top of the screen (i.e., Details, General Documents, Reminders Log, etc.).

lines between the day of the week darker
I schedule multiple doctors on each day. It is very hard to see the line between the days of the week. I would like to see a dark line seperating the days of the week. The days look like they run together.

Remove appointment end time from Month calendar view
Adding the calendar end times to the monthly view makes the monthly view useless in my opinion because the end time takes the space where the client's name used to show. Seeing which client I have at the start time is MUCH more important than the end time. It's not helpful at all to know the end time when I don't even know which client is scheduled for that time slot.

Assign forms to certain employees
Allow me to assign forms to certain employees or staff types. I don't want every therapist to see all the custom forms and I want our front office staff access to certain administrative forms.

Assign backup clinician for emergencies
Allow me to assign another clinician for emergency situations so if a clinician is out of town, the backup clinician for that client is assigned only for the duration of their absence.

When a client makes a payment through the client portal, if they also include a note with the payment then show the note on the payment alert that I receive in TheraNest.

Display status of client portal invite in client list
Please create either ability to filter the client list on the portal management page and/or the ability to pull a report (perhaps under detailed client) that shows the client's status in the portal (active/inactive) - this idea would be preferred so support staff can easily pull and report on this information rather than needing someone with organization level access to pull the report

Remove reply-to email when sending invoices and statements
Remove my email address as the sender when I email a superbill or statement to the client. The sending email is a "do-not-reply", but it lists my name and email address as the "reply-to" email so clients reply to me.
