Customize detailed client report
Allow ability to customize, add/take away columns in the detailed client report.

Allow every report to include additional data by having the "Customize Grid" option.

May i suggest that we can modify the reports that is being generated in TN. Like for example, in the Detail Client report, can we add the date of last kept appointment and next appointment. Also, maybe we can add the name of current therapist. A patient may be switching therapists at some point. So it would be best if we can see that in the report.
