  1. View clients only I'm assigned to in client list

    When filtering the client list allow me to see the clients only I'm assigned to. When I enter my name to filter, it also displays the clients I supervise, but I only want to see my caseload.

  2. Notify me if I have unsigned progress notes

    Send me a notification or have an alert appear letting me know that I have unsigned progress notes. Sometimes I miss signing some and I'd like to catch it before an admin notifies me.

  3. Add more than one auth to a client

    Allow me to add more than one authorization number for a client. We get separate authorization numbers for each service type we use and I need to be able to link the auth number to the service type for the appropriate invoice.

  4. Find appointment openings

    Allow me a quick way to find open timeslots for appointments. When scheduling new patients it can be difficult to find the next available appointment time because of the number of providers we have.

  5. Add Authorization number to individual claims or denials

    Add the ability, in the invoice phase where rendering provider and other information can be customized, to add a specific authorization number. It is difficult to keep straight when auth numbers change- or companys are behind on paying claims. There are times we need two numbers on different claims.

  6. Don't copy previous content when creating a new treatment plan

    When I create a new treatment plan for a client that already has an existing one, don't copy the content from the previous treatment plan over to the new one so I can start fresh with new content and new goals.

  7. Add insurance payer to Payment Methods report

    Add insurance payer to the Payment Methods report so we can create a summary of total payments received from each individual insurance company not just a total of insurance payments received.

  8. Options for Automated Reminders to Clients to Pay Invoices

    I would love to be able to schedule automatic reminders that can be sent to clients to pay invoices by a given date. Many of them either do not give us permission to save/charge their card and/or just forget to check their portal, which means I have to spend additional time checking to see who hasn't paid and then send them follow up reminders.

  11. Room Number Syncing To Google Calendar

    Our practice has been using “location” to specify which room, since we have only one address (it’s a building and suite number). Now that you offer a drop down for room # we can change the location function to the address and specify the rom # under “room.” However, when you sync the calendar with Google calendars the room number does not appear on the google calendar.

  12. Allow providers to sign completed portal forms

    Allow a space for the therapist/provider to sign the intake paperwork after the client has completed it without having to download the form and reupload it.

  13. Allow supervisor information on invoice

    We are having serious issues with the "staff provider" and "billing provider" option, to the extent of being accused of insurance fraud by insurance companies. We have an active training program in which clinicians-in-training (e.g., psychology interns/externs, social workers working on clinical hours) work under the license of a supervisor; insurance companies require the license # and NPI for BOTH clinicians (supervisor and trainee) and we do not have a way to denote this inside of Theranest.

  19. Distinguish between billed and paid appointments when viewing the calendar

    When viewing a client's appointment on the calendar, allow me to easily identify if the session has been invoiced and if the invoice has been paid.

  20. Report on deposits/withdrawals to my account

    Allow me to run a report that displays all the deposits and withdrawals made from TheraNest out of my bank account so I know I can track the transactions related to client refunds, credit card processing fees, subscription fees, etc.
