Add fields for emergency contact
In a client's details, allow me to add an address and email for a client's emergency contact.

We directly communicate with our client's probation officers very frequently. As of right now, we have to keep a seperate tracking sheet in order to see who their probation officer is. It would be great if there was a second emergency contact field (or just an additional contact person field) that we could use in order to put the PO's name and contact information.
