    Allow me to schedule the client's next appointment after signing the progress note by adding an "e-sign and schedule" option.

  2. Select whether completed intake forms should save to clinical or general documents

    When creating an intake form, allow me to choose whether the completed form is saved to the client's General Documents or Clinical Documents for all open cases so we can limit which staff can view them.

  4. Display client's preferred name throughout TheraNest

    I'd like for all account information to show the client's preferred name, unless it has to do with billing. It's quite difficult to respect a trans client's preferred name when their non-preferred or "dead name" is constantly being flashed in front of the therapist.

  5. Be able to specify one email address that Theranest correspondence comes from

    Change it in the system to make all our portal notices (i.e. intake forms / statements etc) come from our admin email address (i.e. contact@practicename.com) rather than the individual email addresses each person uses to login.

    Per Theranest: "There's not currently a way to set one specific email address for Client Portal invites and forms to come from. Depending on the staff member signed in and doing the sending, that will be the email address the message will come from -- their email address on file in TheraNest."

  6. Default client's intake date field to date of completed initial assessment

    We have clients with multiple therapists and services and we need the intake date on the assessment to reflect the intake date on that case as an assessment is completed by that therapist. It also needs to be when the intake appointment happened not when the client was added to the system, this is costly detail in an audit.

    It would be great to have a "Preview" feature added to the Forms designer, and/or a "Client Portal View" mode, so the form designer can see exactly what the form will look like when published, and what the client's view is when using the Client Portal.

  10. Report on credit card deposits

    Create a report to match up the transactions in the Credit Card Charges report with the actual deposits that show up in our bank accounts.

    Since the deposits and credits appear in lump sums, it's difficult to match up the transactions with the deposits/fee debits.

  11. Custom appointment reminders based on service type

    It would be very helpful to allow for custom reminders based on the type of service instead of just one generic reminder. For example, we offer individual therapy, but also have providers who conduct school observations or attend IEP meetings. It would be helpful if we could have a custom reminder that lets parents know a provider is observing their child at school so they just need to let us know if the child is sick that day. We would then have a different reminder email that would go out to individual therapy clients whom we are actually expecting to…

  13. Add ability to duplicate existing appointment and appointment details

    It would be helpful to be able to copy a calendar appointment and maybe drag it to another date and time on the calendar, without having to input all the information again.

  14. add area for insurance adjusted rate

    when recording payments from insurance companies, the eob includes their adjusted (less paid) amount. this should not be recorded as a write off but an insurance adjustment. write off is a debt expected but not paid. Add a link next to write-off that says adjustment.

  16. Apply a discount to a client's invoice

    Allow me to apply a discount to a client's invoice. For example, the line item might read something like "25% discount" and show the amount that is deducted from the total.

  17. Select which diagnosis code appears on the progress note

    When completing a client's progress note, allow me to choose which diagnosis appears on the note so that the diagnosis code displayed reflects the treatment performed for that date.
