Customize treatment plan templates
Allow me to create a custom treatment plan template similar to how I can create custom progress note templates using Dynamic Form elements.

Yes, please! I work with a very specialized population, and the standard treatment plan and diagnostic impressions do not adequately and fully capture the work we do. It would be extremely, extremely helpful for us to be able to either customize/edit the current treatment plan template, or create our own.

Add a check box to the treatment plan template that states clients verbal consent with a date stamp.

Medicaid requires more in depth questions and specifics than the regural Treatment plan will allow. Currently we have to do two treatment plans in order to stay compliant. We need to be able to edit or add customized questions to the treatment plan along with have the client, therapist and supervisor all sign it

I'd like to make it optional to include current diagnosis(es) on the treatment plan. I do experiential and somatic therapy so often what I'm doing with them in session does not hinge on their diagnosis per se. With self-pay clients, I like to let clients choose whether or not they'd like to know the diagnosis I am using for them. Occasionally being given a diagnosis/label feels triggering to people, and I'd like to be able to share draft treatment plans with clients WITHOUT having the diagnosis show up for those people.

A while back theranest was integrated with treatment planners. What if we were able to make our own treatment planner so that we didn't have to type everything up each time. Right now, I save some goal language in Word and copy and paste, but I would love to have this integrated into Theranest as EMDR protocols rarely change and thus goals and objectives only need minor edits.

Some of us are RBHS or CARF providers. It would be great if there or if we could add boxes to the TX plan. CARF requires us to have the SNAP goals. It would be great if that is something that had its own box. Also we must have the client's contact information on the TX plan. Can you add a designated box just for the client contact?

In Arizona, per my licensure board/AzBBHE, we are required to have the future review date for the treatment plan listed. I noticed that there's already a target objective date option for each objective, however, that is not the same thing as the future treatment plan review date which is required by law in AZ. Currently, I have to manually write that in under the definitions section just so it'll show on the signed treatment plan.

I want a Dynamic Treatment plan so that I can create my own template. I don't like the structure of yours. It would need to put goals into the progress notes.

Allow us to customize discharge summary. Some of our insurance companies require different questions to be addressed.

With the fields of mental health and chemical dependency closing in more and more each year, so many mental health agencies are looking to incorporate chemical dependency into their scope of practice. However, there are still some issues that haven't merged yet, one major one being the treatment plan contents. Treatment plans for chemical dependency/substance abuse treatment require ASAM criteria rather than DSM criteria. If you had an option for a treatment plan for substance use you could essentially open your target audience to a whole other field. Outside of treatment planning and assessments, the rest of the the administrative duties for substance use fit very nicely with what you already have in place. I am personally a therapist in a chemical dependency office and am struggling to find a way to complete treatment plans on your platform. Thanks!

Yes. It used to be this way... that treatment plan entries could be arranged and rearranged. That was better.
