    Add a check box to the treatment plan template that states clients verbal consent with a date stamp.

    Allow an image to be uploaded to intake forms. We would like to add the option for the client to add an image of their insurance card to our intake forms.

    add under the bills to & insurance tab the date insurance was last verified along with the name of person who verified insurance.
