    Make an ASAM Substance abuse assessment with all 6 dimensions and an extra space for a summary and recommendation for level of care OR make a connection to ASAM Co-Triage

    Having templates for ASAMs and more specific categories needed for alcohol and drug counseling (i.e. previous treatment placements, recovery supports, specifics about drug and alcohol usage (age, how much, method of use, how often, cost, used with)
