An error occurred while saving the comment Leigh Rosenberg commentedI'd like to be able to see when clients have opened (ie read) messages I have sent to them via the client portal. Clients who get routine notifications (such as when bills are paid) don't always recognize when I have sent them an actual message relevant to their care which requires them to open and read the message. If I could know when someone has not opened a message, I could text them to alert them to check their portal, follow up with a phonecall, etc.

I'd like to make it optional to include current diagnosis(es) on the treatment plan. I do experiential and somatic therapy so often what I'm doing with them in session does not hinge on their diagnosis per se. With self-pay clients, I like to let clients choose whether or not they'd like to know the diagnosis I am using for them. Occasionally being given a diagnosis/label feels triggering to people, and I'd like to be able to share draft treatment plans with clients WITHOUT having the diagnosis show up for those people.
