Make dropdown dynamic form element required
Almost all fields in the custom forms and new dynamic forms allow the creator to "require an answer" except the dropdown fields. Please add this option so that patients are required to make a choice among the dropdown options.
The Dropdown Dynamic Form element can now be identified as a required field.

commentedOn my "Informed Consent," in order to stay HIPAA compliant, I need folks to "opt in" for receiving information through their email and cell phones. Signing and submitting this form is not enough, I have check boxes embedded - where they need to check the corresponding box opting in with their email and/or cell. It often gets missed by clients, as most people tend to scroll quickly and then sign and submit. Having an arrow, or having the opportunity to highlight that section, would be very helpful. Ideally a way to keep them from being able to sign and submit until that section is done would be most helpful.

commentedCurrently when creating a custom form or editing the intake form, it is not possible to make a single option list item as required. The option should exist to make these questions a required field

commentedOur clients will often do a client intake and not fill in their address, phone, or birthdate - all of which are required in order to submit to insurance. Can certain basic fields be made required when filling out client portal information?

 commentedHi there,
we are finding that some clients do not check off the boxes on our client portal release forms and that I cannot make them required when creating hte forms. The only one I can make required is a text box.

commentedWithin the forms we should have the option to make any field a required field. I work for a non-profit and the data we receive from the intake forms are vital for us to receive grants and funding.

commentedWe use intake forms to verify that I client has read the material. I would like to make the checkbox element required. This would be like a client initialing a document in certain places verifying that they read the material. Please add "Make Required" to the check box element of an intake form.

commentedIt is crazy to have to go back to the pts to collect such basic info as DOB, Gender, Address, Phone#. Can't understand why these wouldn't always be mandatory.

commentedIn addition, the States should be a drop down box, as anytime client fills out with the entire word, it snags my claims.

commentedMake intake details that are required to be able to identify patients by...for all purposes such as billing, insurance, records.. To name a few of things.... Name, Date of Birth,Gender, Address. Allow the administrators to select which categories need to be required for their forms. PLEASE.

commentedCurrently not all elements of an intake form can be marked as mandatory, including the (sloppy) implementation of drop-down lists. This completely defeats the purpose of being able to mark things as mandatory, as we now have to have a staff member double check the entire thing regardless.

commentedIn the forms area you can only make a text box required. I would like to be able to make check boxes and list boxes required also. I have a form I need them to fill in a check box to acknowledge they read and understood the information. I also do a screening tool and I need them to complete every list box. (ironically you r terms of service check box below is required!)

commentedCurrently only a few form field options in custom forms can be marked as required. Things like single inputs and checkboxes can't be made required.
