    It would be great is a client would receive a notification when an invoice is changed to show a client amount due. We are pushing our clients to pay their bills through the portal, but still have to manually notify them when they have a balance due.

    Now that ERAs are automatically processed, could a toggle switch be added for clients whose copays need to be written off? Since there is still no notes section on a client's ledger (something which really needs to be rectified!), it required checking other tabs or documents to determine who is given a write off. If we could just select that option for the right clients, their copays would automatically be written off during ERA processing.

    Why oh why do I need a second, disparate login in order to use this Suggest a Feature tool?! I am already logged into TheraNest. I should remain logged in.

    The process of creating a family group so that all family members can be viewed in one account in the client portal really needs to be simplified. So often, one if not both parents as well as a slew of kids are being seen in one office, and it is a struggle to get them all combined into one client portal account when they are using one email address among them all.

    Right now I have to delete the email address on file from every person except one in order to create a contact group, then go back and put the email address back in. Logically, one would think that if all these people have the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS, they should be IN ONE GROUP. The process is not intuitive at all. Parents need access to their children's accounts, but if the parent and their kids are all being seen in one office, the process of making that information available to them is clunky - and clients have complained that even when they are given access, their view within the client portal is confusing and they can't figure out how to make bill payments for every account individually.

    It says this was completed but it was not. Searching through the Activity Log for a specific action on a specific client's ledger is not feasible. We need to be able to view on an individual client's profile when they were last sent an invoice/statement.

    It says this idea was completed but it was not. Having to search through the entire Activity Log for a specific action is not what is needed!! We need to be able to view ON AN INDIVIDUAL CLIENT'S PROFILE when they were last sent a statement.

    I would like to receive an email or a notification/alert in TheraNest when a client has completed registration through the client portal. As an Office Manager, I have to migrate information within their profile, but I have no way of knowing when new clients have been addd to the roster.
