Minimum filesize should be at least 20-30MB even for straight PDF docs!

Top-level admins should be able to run a report of all clients (that can also be filtered by provider, date range, etc) that generates the filenames of the General Documents for each client (i.e., the names of the uploaded docs in each client's Gen Docs folder). This would be extremely helpful for monitoring compliance for Good Faith Estimate docs, Releases of Info, assessment or other post-intake forms, Vaccination cards, etc. In the TN explanatory writeup, you would want to emphasize that it is helpful for practices to use 'standard' naming conventions for these files to make it easier to sort or audit the generated reports.

Some additional tweaks will help create a smoother workflow. In the training/instructions to clinicians, there should be an instruction added *not to save and e-sign* the group note until the clinician has marked any attendees who were not present. After the group note is e-signed, then the attendance (all members default to “present”) cannot be adjusted or changed even by an administrator, and progress notes will have to be created even for people who were not present.

The 'group note + progress note' workflow doesn’t handle the problem that happens when accessing the group note via the agenda page: Specifically, after starting a group note (from the agenda) for a group session that had been scheduled, the note will show the schedule date/time but does NOT show the list of attendees unless the clinician clicks the dropdown and chooses a *different* (wrong) appointment date/time choice (which will then display the list of attendees) and then changes it back to the correct time/date.

An additional fix to the workflow is to add a link (or the set of tabs) to the page showing the e-signed group note. Once the group note is e-signed, there’s also no link (and no tabs) from that page from which to go back and start creating the progress notes for the members who attended that session. One has to click the browser 'back' button to get to a viable page in TN from which to start accessing those progress notes (e.g., to see the 'progress notes' tab near the top of a page).

Our practice currently has about 40% of our clients paying via ACH. The rate for the provider is 1% (rather than a bit less than 3% for CC) which provides our SaaS billing platform with a tremendous margin (their cost is less than 50 cents per transaction) and yet lowers our costs considerably. We are in the 21-day trial of Theranest. But if we were to bring our billing into the "theranest triangle" it would cost us upwards of $10,000 a year EXTRA. In other words, if Theranest adopts ACH (which from a clinic perspective is super-easy), it instantly pays for our Theranest subscription. If they do not, then adopting Theranest and also using our current billing service saves us money but adds a lot of complications and headaches for our clinicians across two separate platforms. This should be a no-brainer for Theranest: make more profit, attract more customers, help your customers save a lot of money. It's 2020. Time to get going with this! It may kill our ability to jump into Theranest if we can't get ACH as part of the package.
