    Allow notes to be written from the appointments page.

    I agree! This would make entering notes so much quicker and easier.

    This would be really helpful. As it is you have to run a report to see which notes are missing and then you have to go into the client file to add those notes. Having the missing notes in the client's file would eliminate the double work.
