A new toggle is available in the client list that allows you to view active and archived clients in the same list.

commentedrevert to the old way of being able to look up all clients in ONE single search instead of having to look into the archived list, then unarchive, then go to the active list. this is too time consuming and would be easier to just do it the old way of having one list to search through and having all archived and active clients pop up at the same time

commentedI liked it when you could just search for the name and then click on the button to archive or unarchive them

commentedPlease go back to a Both category in the Clients tab. It's ridiculous to have to type the name into the Active tab, discover it isn't there, switch to the Archived tab, find the person, unarchive them and then type the name a THIRD time. There used to be a "search all" or "search both" option until the site was updated.

commentedWith the current format, accessing archived clients requires us to search the archived client, unarchive, then search again in Active clients. This becomes much of a nuisance when I am working on clients who owe past balances-- I have to do this many times in a row and it's time consuming

commentedThe new way is not efficient or easy to use. We still have no client ID in the active client list. I like the customize features but it is so time-consuming. And honestly I never even use the customization. You have to click on active then archive then add a new client it also doesn't always pull the go by the name. It is so much extra that never needed to happen. Please help!

commentedwhenever someone calls to schedule, our admin does a search to see if they're already in the system. she used to be able to search across archived and active at the same time, but now it's impossible and requires two searches every single time. if you added a third tab of "both" next to active and archived it would solve the problem.

commentedPlease bring back "all statuses, active, archived" feature as well as the search clients feature. This new "improved" client list is a mess when I look at it. Daily I am searching between active and archived clients and can no longer search ALL so I'm entering the name twice since the screen totally refreshes each time.. this on top not of not being able to save the grid options! Overall not thrilled with the recent update.

commentedThe newest update to the client list has me frustrated! Not being able to search both active and archived clients at the same time means when I need to un-archive a client, I have to search their name in the archived tab, un-archive, then click over to active clients and search their name again. It's a small thing but feels like a waste of time, and it's frustrating that we used to be able to see both statuses when we searched a name, and now we can't. Also, now with the update, the grid does not fit on my screen so I have to scroll over the the right to access the buttons to take action. The way you can customize what columns it shows seemed like it'd be a good idea (esp since then I can shorted it to fit my screen), but then once I click on one client and go back to the list, the setting doesn't save, so I would have to re-filter the grid every time. Small things that used to be a non-issue, that became an issue with the new update!
