    Also, what Insurance does the client have? We need this for new client inquiry metrics!
    It would be great if the fields matched the Client Detail's important information. Such as DOB too!

    Please update this! It adds extra time to run a report and then having to add crucial information. The provider assigned to the appointment should be included.
