An error occurred while saving the comment Courtney Greif commentedIn the same way that I can see a co-pay on the calendar screen in that small gray bubble, being able to indicate the cash rate for session in the same way would be SO helpful! (Maybe in a different color bubble to tell the difference between cash and insurance).

An error occurred while saving the comment Courtney Greif commentedCurrently there is a box on the Agenda that you can check to show or not show non-client events. I would like to have the ability to set the way that box is checked as a default option. (i.e. in calendar settings, let me chose the default way it displays, then I don't have to un-click the box every time).

An error occurred while saving the comment Courtney Greif commentedHave additional fields added to the client details page, especially for minor clients. Specifically, if a client is a child, have a space to enter "Mother's Phone Number" and "Dad's Phone Number" instead of just "home" and "mobile" phone number - that isn't descriptive enough for many cases. Perhaps being able to select what type of phone number it is from a drop down menu would be helpful, and then allow to add additional numbers as needed.

Currently, if a payment goes into the client's account as a credit on their account (ex: they paid for several sessions ahead of time, so the next few sessions payments aren't attached to an invoice yet) then that payment doesn't show up in the staff billing report. It doesn't show up when the payment goes into the account, or when it gets attached to a session invoice later. Since we run payroll based off this reports, we just realized a lot of session payments didn't get paid to our therapists because of this flaw in the report.
