The same supervisory workflow that exists for progress notes now applies to initial assessments and treatment plans! If a therapist needs their notes approved or co-signed by a supervisor, then a new Save & Submit to Supervisor(s) button is available that will send a notification to the supervisor(s), letting them know they need to review the document. commentedAllow the option for an associate to choose to receive an alert when their supervisor signs off on their work. Could allow customization for which type of alert (email? within TN?) and which documents to be alerted on.

Kenneth Winfrey commented When a supervisee does an Intake, the supervisor is not notified. It would be more optimal to have the supervisor queued when a supervisee does an intake and to request signature

commentedOur supervisors can easily miss incomplete or unsigned treatment plans right now and their awareness is critical to our Department of Humans Services requirements.

Nakieta Lankster commented It would be nice if supervisors were sent notifications when treatment plans are ready to be signed the way they are sent with case notes.

Peggy Loo commented There should be a similar "approve" option for Initial Assessments as there is for Progress Notes for supervisors. Also, wondering if there's a way that when a supervisor approves/signs a note - if the alert queue can be immediately updated to reflect that? It's not helpful to return to that list of case notes for review after approving something to individually and manually "X" out the alerts. Thanks!

commentedThis is a REQUIREMENT by many payers that supervisees assessments, notes, and plans are reviewed and signed off on by the Supervisor!

commentedThis would greatly simplify supervisor responsibilities. Right now it's very difficult to for supervisors to keep track of which treatment plans and initial assessments have been completed.

commentedAs a supervisor, notify me when an initial assessment is completed so I can review and/or co-sign the document.

commentedIt would be great if Supervisors could be alerted and required to approve Treatment Plans and Initial Assessments as they can with Progress Notes. =)

commentedAs the supervisor I have to co-sign everything the other counselors write. The notifications I get for Progress Notes are so easy, I wish you could do the same for the other reports.

commentedSupervisors should be notified when a therapist completes a treatment plan or intake , just like they are for progress notes. Same should be true for custom forms that are created.

commentedOur state board in Ohio requires supervisors to sign the assessments and treatment plans for Counselor Trainees. This is only currently available for notes.

commentedBecause Tx plans and Initial Assessments require supervisory signatures (by law), they need to also have the same alert feature as progress notes. It is tedious for the supervisor to have to track all of that.

commentedSupervisors need an alter that their supervisees have created a treatment plan. Also a 90 day review alert to update is also needed.

commentedIt would be helpful for supervisors to receive alerts when treatment plans and initial assessments are completed in addition to the progress notes.
