    Give the provider the ability to add multiple appointments for multiple clients at once. It would look like the Bulk Edit Feature that already exists, but it would be a bulk add feature.

    So imagine multiple rows of 10 or 20 where you can drop down, add your appointments for the week for different people and hit save! Then pull up your calendar and it is all there instead of adding each client, one by one.
