Do not remove addendums from notes when unsigning
If I have to remove a signature to make corrections to a note, don't remove any addendums that have already been created.

Show the last 4 digits of credit card on Superbills.
Currently they only appear on Statements, but Statements are missing other necessary items like Units and Place of Service.

Send client records to other providers
We receive quite a few record requests - it would be ideal to have an email function from within TheraNest where we could email records/notes to requesting providers/family physicians.

Add Alert in TheraNest for Intake Docs Submitted
It seems the only "Alerts" coming into TheraNest itself are for payments and cancellations made through the Client Portal.
I want to see more robust Alert functionality, more specifically for documents clients submit. As of now, I can only receive notifications that Clients have submitted Intake Documents via e-mail. I would like to have the option of receiving those alerts in the Alert Notifications inside TheraNest.

Extend time limit on one time payment link
Many of my client's do not check their email frequently. It would be great if the one time payment link allowed the link to stay active for more than 24 hours.

Billing
I need the ledger to stop rounding down to one hour increments. If a job was for 1.50 hours (an hour and a half), please calculate it all - not just the one hour. Another example: If therapist saw client for 1.75 (one hour and 45 minutes), please bill the whole amount - not 1 hour. Your billing can do the .25, .50,, 75 increments if I do them manually, but why can't the system do it. That would make my life so much easier.

Report on deposits/withdrawals to my account
Allow me to run a report that displays all the deposits and withdrawals made from TheraNest out of my bank account so I know I can track the transactions related to client refunds, credit card processing fees, subscription fees, etc.

Allow me to notate/document the mental status of family members in family sessions. Right now I can only document it for the client.

Add ability to mark a client as deceased
Can you add a place, like in client detail (somewhere quick and easy where it can be seen by all permissions) where it could be marked to show client has deceased? That way we don't have various staff calling and trying to schedule/reschedule an appt or billing calling about questions, etc. All can see client deceased and what date and then handle appropriately. We are not archiving a client until all balances are zero'd, so this has been an issue. Even if I mark case closed, people don't know client has deceased.
